Rumor Roundup - Forgeworld Info - Wulfen, Chaos Dwarves and more

Found this over at Dakka -

So, a quick round-up of my findings:
-Although they're in the next IA, Space Wolf stuff isn't a high priority currently. There's only likely to be one special character (Bran Redmaw, who has stats in the book), whose released sometime after the book. Thunderwolves are quite low on the 'to do' list, though Warwick hinted this might be because of plastic one coming soon (note that this is purely conjecture ATM). Also, Wulfen are back! There's a datasheet for them in the Appendix, so there's the teeniest tiniest sliver of a possibility of a conversion kit for them (again, don't hold your breath).
-Some new Deldar stuff is in the works-some kind of laser thingy for a raider, and a 'Catamaran'. There was also talk of a Jabba's barge-esque style ship, but I didn't really spend much time with the Commarite stuff.
-The Badab war still rages-their are Astral claws shoulderpads for both Power armour and Terminators, plus a transfer sheet (with both Lion head and Tyrant's claw icons). No other chapters yet (except Salamanders, who also got Power armour shoulder pads), but there were some Carcharodon marines with some suspiciously transfer like symbols on their shoulder pads...
-Chaos Dwarf stuff is beautiful. Infantry, Heroes, Taurus, and some War machines done. No Centaurs or Hobgoblins yet, but the artwork floating around means they can't be far off.
-Finally, Warwick confirmed that when 40k Chaos is next done, it'll be Slaanesh and Tzeentch based, hopefully with Daemon engines and rengade Guard lists. No idea wen though.

I also keep hearing more and more on Games Workshop moving away from metal and over to a resin similar to Mantic or Privateer press. What gives this a bit more credability is that they recently discontinued several important metal kits -

The following codes are now out of print and no longer available.

Seems a bit odd to be pulling these sets out of production unless there were new models coming down the pipe.

Here is a bit of info from Warseer about the first Warhammer Forge Book -

Tamurkhan is due out in July 2011. The Chaos Dwarfs were primairliy designed to be used as a contingent to add to the Warrior's of Chaos army, however the book contains a FULL playable Chaos Dwarf Army List with many options and upgrades.
The new Chaos Dwarf infantry (Infernal Guard) are Chaos Dwarf Slaves that are forced to wear the full suit of armour and full face helmet before being unleashed on the Chaos Dwarfs enemies. The champion has no full face helmet which is a reward from his captors.

Most of the warmachines had two pages of rules/background/stats etc some of this stuff is going to be complicated to use. The Warsmiths also had a huge amount of original rules and exciting options.

Warmachines can be connected to form a seige train, however it costs a ton of points and won't be used unless you are playing 'ard boy lists (3000+pts).

I am also hearing some rumors about Brettonia being redone this year - they aren't next but not too long now. Thunderwolves are also rumored to be coming out in September, but we will just have to wait and see on that one.
