Both kits look to have quite a bit of detail. The price isn't that bad on them either. Each kit runs $15 - this is right at what you would pay for a Warlock or Farseer on foot from Games Workshop but you don't have to worry about cutting it down and this kit also comes with a bunch of bike pieces.
I have ordered stuff form Chapterhouse Studios before and I have been really impressed by their quality. Looks like they are branching out into more difficult sculpts and I hope the quality continues.
