Custom Scenario #2 - Raise the Banners

We must credit Dennis from our local FLGS (T-shirt explosion in Springdale, AR) with this great 40k scenario. I played this scenario in the finals of the last tournament and loved it. It has a very fun dynamic and does a good job of making you play the entire board. That being said, we have modified it just a bit for a tournament. Here is how it is played.

Deployment: Corners Deployment, no unit within 12 inches of the center of the board
5 pieces of building ruin terrain – one in the Center of the board, and One in each of the farthest corners.
Other terrain may be placed to get a proper mix on the board.
Special Rules
Any unit in one of the 5 pieces of terrain may try once per turn to do the following:
Any unit starting its turn in a piece of terrain that is unoccupied by an enemy model may raise a banner of its team on the roll of a 3+ on a d6.
Any unit ending its turn in a piece of terrain that Is unoccupiedby an enemy model may lower a banner of the other team on the roll of 3+ on a d6.
