I got an email this week about a new army building app for Android phones. It looks pretty neat but I only have an iPhone so I can't take a look at it.

The website for the app, not much here but does have information on data files and screenshots. Later this week I'm going to have an excel based XML file generator that will be easier for someone to create and edit the data files.
