Lazy Modellers Guide to Pinning

I know lots of you out there hate pinning metal models. I too hate pinning metal models. Sadly sometimes it just has to be done. But fear not! I have found a solution. A dangerous solution that you should not attempt, but a solution none the less.

Behold - the solution!

Thats right. A power drill. I use a slightly larger bit than what comes with my pin vice and I use my power drill to make the holes in all my metal models that I am going to have to pin.

I used this method most recently on a Bloodcrusher of Khorne. The secret is to use two pins instead of one. That way they fill up the hole. I just straighten out two paper clips, stick em in the hole, clip them, and go on like normal. Works like a champ.
