As an aside I will share an interesting tidbit that I learned from reading some books on WWII history. When the US first entered the war we were cooking up a bunch of new weapons. One of these weapons was the bazooka. From what I have read General Patton didn't really trust what the engineers were saying about this new-fangled contraption and he wanted to test it himself. The method he came up for testing armor penetration was to stick a goat in a tank and fire the bazooka at the tank.
