| Got a hold of some new rumors about the WFRP 3rd ed set coming out from the boys on Save or Die Radio:
-The game will ship with Humans, Dwarves, Wood Elves, and High Elves. Halflings will be added in an expansion.
-The player set-up area will be multiple sheets that "dock" together that have all of the PC's info.
-The classes will have a 'buff' system built in. Basically your fighter could make it easier for your ranged DPS to hit. Very MMO-ish.
-The starter box will be $99 and contain: A Player's Guide, a Bestiary, a GM's Manual, and a started adventure. The set will also contain an expanded book for arcane and divine classes.
-The critical system will be re-done. Criticals are not just going to occur when players are near death.
-There will be a tension meter for the DM to track tension between PCs.
Just tossing this out. Probably old news if i've heard it. |
