Here is the Gimp file that I used to create my PDF datasheet yesterday. I used the GW blank Apocalypse datasheet as a base and then added text elements and images to it. I have labeled each section but left the data from my plague titan in there so you will have something to go off of if you are not very familiar with the Gimp.
